Our Boats

Robert Henry, named after our fathers Robert Ross and Henry Edwards, is one of the fastest vessels in North Queensland. Surveyed for 47 + 2 crew. Robert Henry was built in 1999 and refitted with new engines in 2006. (Cumming engines and propelled by Seafury Surface drives).

St Michaels is a fast aluminium tri cat surveyed for 36 + 2 crew, just returned from Cairns after refit in February 2008 with two new engines and internal refurbishment. (Yanmar engines and Hamilton jet propulsion).

Torres Strait Tours are proud of our vessels and road transport and we continue to maintain and upgrade to the high standards that set our company apart. We achieve the highest possible rating for our vessels. Our passenger’s safety is of greatest importance.
